Finance and Accounting:

Finance professionals are essential to Plasma-Therm’s global business involving multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory environments. We’ve grown the enterprise to encompass a half-dozen entities with U.S.-based and overseas operations. We count on Finance staff for financial reporting, creating and monitoring internal controls and asset safeguards, and for budgeting, forecasting, and interfacing with vendors, customers, finance institutions, regulators and auditors.

Human Resources:

Interacting with many diverse groups and cultures to enhance each employee’s work experience, environment, and career is fundamental to HR.

HR professionals are versed in policies and standards in multiple states and countries. We manage all aspects of company employment, including benefits, payroll, career planning, training, succession planning, rewards, expense management, recruiting, onboarding, corporate travel, and facilities management. And we make sure that there are fun activities to unite our employees and their families.

Information Management:

Work closely with all team members to understand the department processes and how technology can help enhance efficiency. IM team members are immersed in all aspects of information technology, from server management to systems integration. The IM team innovates and deploys business solutions that meet the needs of our international user base.
